We both, helm and crew, agree to be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing of the ISAF, by the 29er Class Rules, by the Notice of Race and by the Sailing Instructions, and we accept the penalties assessed to us under these rules and such other action as may be taken , subject to such appeal and review procedures as are provided herein, as the final determination of any matter arising under these rules, and we agree not to report to any court or tribunal not provided herein with respect to such determination.

We both, helm and crew, also accept that under Fundamental Rule 4 of the Racing Rules of Sailing it is our solely responsibility to decide wether or not to start or to continue to sail and/or race and we agree not to report to any court or tribunal with respect to such decision and its consequences.
